I was a 2025 bride and had the absolute privilege of having Iris provide full-planning services for my Graydon wedding. Looking back on the 1.5 years spent together, I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions I've ever made! Weddings are so deeply personal, and from the very beginning it was important to us to find someone who wasn't just talented, but also someone we would truly enjoy sharing this long-term journey with. Iris and her team were ALL of that and MORE!

From our first budget meeting to the final clean-up, every detail / workstream was handled with such care, thoughtfulness and precision. Nothing ever slipped through the cracks. The mood board she created for our design deck matched my vision to a tee, despite the fact that I had only given her a very general - and, if I'm being honest, rather vague - guidance in the beginning. My bridesmaids were equally impressed by the level of detail she put into the dresses, the color palette and even the small touches (i.e. font style, fabrics) that perfectly tied together the overall vibe of our wedding. The vendors she recommended were absolutely top-notch, and every suggestion she gave us - even down to the menu - helped made our day smoother, more beautiful and more memorable than we could have managed on our own.

In addition, Iris' responsiveness is unmatched. Her replies were almost instant, and her attention towards us made us feel like we were her only clients even though I knew she was juggling other couples at the same time (though she always makes sure to not overbook!). One moment that really stuck with us was when, just days before the wedding, the weather made a turn for an unusually chillier evening than what was planned. Iris spent her weekend sourcing blankets for our guests so that we could feel completely at ease and that everyone would still be comfortable. That kind of dedication truly showed us how much she cares about her couples!

On the wedding day itself, Iris and her team were extraordinary. Every step of the way, we had someone by our side - making sure we were cared for, coordinating seamlessly with vendors and handling everything behind the scenes so we never had to worry about a thing. Our families, bridal party, and most importantly, my husband and I, were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because Iris and her team had EVERYTHING under control.

As such, it's hard to put into words how grateful I am. BLE didn’t just plan a wedding - they gave us one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives! I cannot recommend Iris and her team enough. She was incredible to work with from start to finish. I was initially drawn to her because she was extremely organized, however she’s amazed us with her incredible design skills and ability to problem solve and effortlessly handle vendors. Our wedding was BEYOND what we could’ve expected. It felt like it went off without a hitch because Iris and her team were in the background handling everything.   We had rave reviews from all of the attendees (including the older and younger generations) about how well the wedding was run and how fun it was for them!

We are SO happy that we found & chose Iris as our wedding planner. There are no words that will justify how amazing she was to work with. From her incredibly talented vision, to her organization and attention to detail, we were able to have so much trust in Iris for both her creative vision, and executing a perfect day. There were so many details that we never would have known we had to take care of, and she always prioritized our best interests. I never had to worry about a single thing because I knew she would be on top of it. After our monthly meetings, even my husband would always be so happy and say this was money well spent. :) Along with her incredible talent, she is so genuine, sweet and easy to get along with. Plus - wow, did she bring the most incredible team with her on the day of! Her assistants added so much value to the day, and helped me in anything I needed without me even asking for it. I was so shocked at how on deck they were, and ready by my side, so proactive with anything I needed. Everyone said how Iris and her team felt like they were our friends on the day, and they made it so fun and easy.

Our wedding was more beautiful than I ever imagined, and I had way more fun than I thought I would on my own wedding day. A BIG thank you to Iris for making this happen and bringing us an unforgettable day we can't stop thinking about! We only wish we could get married twice and get to and work with you again!!

Looking back on our wedding day the first word that comes to mind is flawless. From day one Iris not only got to know our ideas but got to know us as individuals and as a couple to help create a vision for our wedding that went beyond what we could imagine. Throughout the process she was collaborative, thoughtful, supportive, and truly everything we could have hoped for from a wedding designer and planner.

On the day of the wedding there was not a single thing that either of us had to “stress” or worry about. Iris and her team went well beyond making sure the rooms were beautifully set up and the day followed smoothly – from helping steam the veil to carrying around Caitlin’s lip gloss and helping clean her dress after a muddy photoshoot they had every single detail handled. Thanks to Iris, Jenn, Diana, and Sian we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding.
