Living abroad deeply enriched me. I enjoy working with international clients — each culture brings something new and inspiring.
Her greatest motivation comes from people themselves. “My biggest inspiration for becoming a wedding planner was not only my passion for design but also my love for meeting people. Every encounter with a new couple is incredibly inspiring and motivating.”
With almost 11 years in the wedding industry, Kristýna has mastered the art of balancing creativity with structure. “I truly love the creative process of turning my clients’ wishes into life — and also the personal connection that develops along the way,” she says.

Sweet Chic Weddings offers a wide range of services — from full planning and coordination to personalized design and concierge-level support. “I provide various packages, as well as custom pricing tailored to the specific needs of each client,” Kristýna explains.
Her exclusive services include special concierge assistance for the bride throughout the wedding day preparations — a detail that truly sets her apart. “It’s all about creating comfort, elegance, and peace of mind,” she says.
When asked about her most unforgettable celebration, Kristýna smiles softly.
The wedding that has stayed with me the most — both in my memories and in my heart — was last year’s celebration where absolutely everything clicked.
It was a celebration inspired by the timeless elegance of Frank Sinatra’s era, set in a breathtaking French-style chateau. “An amazing couple who became dear friends, a magical atmosphere, and the incredible energy and joy of everyone present made it truly unforgettable.”
The wedding’s recognition in Vogue Italy was a deeply emotional moment for her. “When it was released, I cried. After so many years in the wedding industry, I felt genuinely proud — of myself and my hardworking team.”
For Kristýna, the foundation of every successful wedding lies in understanding. “First, I need to get to know my couples as much as possible — not only their dreams and wishes but also their priorities and values,” she shares.
From there, she creates an initial concept filled with inspiration and ideas — a vision of how their day could look and, more importantly, how it could flow. “Step by step, we work together to build an exceptional celebration grounded in trust and meaning.”
Sweet Chic Weddings frequently designs weddings in luxurious chateaus and hotels around Prague and also works on destination weddings across Europe.
Kristýna’s path has not been without challenges. “Covid time was really challenging in many ways,” she admits. “And every season brings its own challenges — even the weather can test us!”
Yet her calm approach and problem-solving mindset have always guided her through. “Adaptability and trust are everything. When challenges arise, I remind myself — there’s always a way.”
Helping couples stay on budget while achieving their dream celebration is another cornerstone of Kristýna’s philosophy. “It’s always about setting the right priorities from the very beginning — and, of course, having realistic expectations,” she explains.
When a couple knows what they are getting into and how we are going to reach our goals, nothing will take us by surprise.
Her advice for couples planning their wedding is simple yet wise: “Have realistic demands and expectations — it will save you from disappointment. And most importantly, entrust your big day to professionals. Only then can your day be truly unique and stress-free.”
Reflecting on her own professional path, Kristýna shares advice for anyone just starting out: “Don’t be afraid to be confident in everything you do. Take every mistake or wrong turn as a life lesson. And most importantly — believe in yourself!”
When asked about her dream venue, Kristýna’s answer is immediate. “Villa D’Este on Lake Como or Château du Grand-Lucé in France,” she says. Both are places of timeless charm, representing everything Sweet Chic Weddings stands for — sophistication, grace, and a deep appreciation for beauty.
