We planned our dream 3 day wedding in Ischia, Italy with the help of Roberto - I can definitely say would couldn’t have done it without him.
We will be forever grateful for all of Roberto’s help and planning to bring our wedding to life. It was everything we could have wished for and more, it was the most incredible wedding weekend for ourselves and our guests! The journey to get there wasn’t the easiest at times we had many challenges with vendors and logistics thrown our way but he was such an incredible calm presence to have guiding us through every hurdle that came our way.
I had a very particular vision in mind and was really focused on the small details of the day. I wanted to create a really unique experience for all of our guests and Roberto really helped bring everything to life for us on the day. He really did everything to make it as special as possible for us.
Roberto’s communication during the planning process was amazing, every issue or concern we had was addressed almost immediately on the day and on the wedding events themselves we had a number of vendors approach us to tell us he was the best wedding planner they had worked with!
We are so appreciative of all the time and effort he put in during planning and over the full weekend and we now have a new friend for life!

Roberto helped us every step of the way his friendliness and knowledge of vendors truly made planning our destination wedding a piece of cake. His recommendations are great and heartfelt, his communication during the whole two years of planning our dream Tuscany wedding was truly amazing. Whenever we would reach out to Roberto with questions no matter the time change he would always respond within an hour. His passion in wedding planning truly shows in his work. Over the two years of planning our wedding with Roberto he has truly felt like family. I can not recommend Roberto enough to anyone thinking of doing a destination wedding in Italy, in fact if you do get married in Italy and don’t go with Roberto as your wedding planner your making a huge mistake. 10stars!!!
We truly cannot recommend Roberto enough as a wedding planner/coordinator! He made the process of planning an international wedding so easy by suggesting and communicating with vendors (who were all the best of the best). During the planning process he kept us on a good timeline and we always felt like we were in good hands. Many times, he went out of his way to make our week in Florence special!
The MOST valuable thing about Roberto however was during the actual wedding day. People always say that they “wish they could be a guest on their wedding day” and I have to say Roberto’s expertise allowed us to truly enjoy the day as our guests did. We never felt like we had to make difficult decisions on the day because he handled everything before we were even aware of it. I had the crazy idea to get married on a port day in Palermo off a Disney cruise ship with no plans for a site visit prior to the wedding day. I posted in a Facebook group looking for a planner brave enough to take it on and found Roberto.
I heard stories that vendors in Italy can take days or weeks to respond at times but Roberto somehow answered every question and concern within minutes for almost a full year of planning!
The actual day came and went flawlessly. Roberto even planned surprises with my vendors that made the day beyond my expectations. He was so kind and genuine with my guests. When we left everyone commented on how wonderful he is!

Fin dal primo incontro, Roberto, ci ha trasmesso professionalità, passione e una calma incredibile (anche quando noi eravamo nel panico totale!). A Perfect Wedding Weekend in Tuscany, Thanks to Roberto!
Roberto was our wedding planner for our 3-day wedding in Tuscany in September. Throughout the 10 months of planning, he was responsive and kept things moving by offering vendor suggestions and managing all of the logistics.
Although Tuscany was more expensive than we expected, Roberto found budget-friendly alternatives that still met our vision. On the wedding day, despite poor weather and strong winds threatening our outdoor dinner, Roberto adapted quickly, moving everything indoors and still creating a beautiful setup! He was calm under pressure, very professional and super creative! We had nothing to worry about, he had everything under control. His attention to detail was incredible, from arranging a special cake-cutting moment with sparklers to organising the suppliers and ensuring a perfect set up of our Photo Booth, bar, wedding singers and DJ. He also organized a pizza party the night before and a BBQ the following day, which all our guests enjoyed.
Overall, Roberto helped us pull off a perfect memorable weekend, we can’t thank him enough!
