Serena did an amazing job planning our wedding and her day of coordination was perfect. Our wedding day exceeded our expectations - we knew how beautiful Tuscany would be, but she was able to capture our vision spectacularly. From the food to the venue, live music, flowers, and the overall ambiance, everything turned out amazing. Even when we had unexpected rain the day of, she was able to quickly pivot to accommodate our guests during our cocktail hour and keep us on schedule for our reception. We had no worries as she kept even the smallest attention to detail (especially for our table settings and ceremony set-up) on point to ensure our photos were beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and are so glad we had Serena. Highly recommend if you want a romantic, fairy tale wedding!
There are truly not enough words to express how thankful we are for Serena and Klajdi. As an interior designer, I’m extremely detail-oriented, and I was so impressed with how they understood and executed our vision. Planning our wedding in Tuscany from Los Angeles was made incredibly easy with their help. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they brought our vision to life in ways I could never have imagined. Thanks to their expertise, our wedding day was flawless, with everything running smoothly and every detail executed perfectly. We approached finding our wedding planner with the utmost diligence, and so the fact that we chose to work with Serena and Klajdi speaks volumes about how great they are. After vetting and speaking to over twenty wedding planners from the region, Serena and Klajdi stuck out and we chose them because they were upfront about their focus on quality food and wine and they certainly did not disappoint! The caterer Serena connected us to was fantastic (amazing cocktail hour snacks and dinner) and Klajdi, being a professional sommelier, chose fantastic wines both for our wedding day and for a wine tasting event he hosted the day before that earned rave reviews. In addition to the food and drinks, Serena also made sure our 2-day wedding went off perfectly from finding great vendors (florists, makeup, caterers, DJ, shuttle buses, etc.), managing them during the event, and helping our guests whenever they had questions. She was also flexible when we asked to use our own photographer that we found ourselves. In terms of communication, Serena was fantastic and extremely responsive whenever we had questions during the planning phase and made the geographic gap (us in the US, her and vendors in Italy) no problem.
More than all of the wonderful things above, Serena and Klajdi were genuinely so caring and attentive through the process, and they're both so warm and great to be around. They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, are super funny with their banter as a duo, and truly went above and beyond what we were expecting. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts - we could not recommend them enough!
