We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Yulia and Noemi. They made the sometimes overwhelming experience of having a wedding on the other side of the globe, fun and enjoyable. We always felt they were looking out for us -- the best experience for our guests and making sure we didn't overpay for vendors. At the end of the day, the wedding weekend was incredible. Yuliya and her team were an absolutely blessing to work with for our Lake Como Wedding this past August. We had the pleasure of working with her and her assistant Noemi and both exceeded our expectations. It was a seamless experience for us, especially with planning a wedding overseas.

Yuliya, Noemi, and there team made our wedding in Lake Como an amazing experience. Even though we live in America, the planning and coordination of the wedding was very well organized and they were always quick to respond to our questions or concerns. Furthermore, everything we asked for was done in time and better than expected.The day of the wedding they went far and beyond to make our wedding day magical. Through all the nervousness and stresses they reassured us everything was under control and there was no need to worry. Overall, we were in awe of how the wedding came out and how amazing their team did on that day. We received so many compliments from our guests stating our wedding came out like a fairytale. We couldn't be more thankful and blessed to have chosen such an exceptional team.

My husband and I got married at Villa Regina Teodolinda in Lake Como this June, being based in Australia we were nervous about planning a wedding abroad however these concerns were so quickly dissipated by the proactive and professionalism we experienced consistently from the Fairy Italy team.

Yuliya and Daria would answer my questions before I even thought to ask them, provided us with invaluable insight into our venue and brought everything together beautifully. An important aspect for me was communication and the girls excelled at this. We never were ignored, always contacted promptly when it was time to book the next vendor or regarding styling choices.

I didn’t think it was possible for their service to get better than it was during the planning process but the Wedding day came and my gosh, they were absolute superstars. They honestly made the day what it was and it was incredible. Their attention to detail, managing all our vendor, keeping us on time & coordinating all the small details was second to none. We pivoted to our wet weather option on the day and you would never have known things didn’t go to plan A due to their expertise and foresight.

We are so thankful for the opportunity to have had the Fairy team orchestrate a perfect day beyond our wildest dreams. After getting engaged in October 2022, we started to look at Wedding Venues in our hometown of Boston, MA. We were very quickly discouraged from the start of our planning process, between having to maneuver a lengthy guest list, and the price quotes we were getting that was demolishing our dreams of ever owning a home. The process was extremely unenjoyable.

We had an idea, we wanted to honeymoon in Lake Como, so why not just have our wedding there? We stumbled across the beautiful Villa Balbianello. We took the leap of faith and put our deposit in at a venue we have never seen, in a country neither of us have ever been to, that speaks a language neither of us know. Our next step was to find our person to help keep us on track and make sure everything that needed to happen happened.

We reached out to a dozen or so wedding planners and we interviewed a handful, but Yuliya's warm demeanor and honesty made our choice an easy one. The Fairy team took our worries away making what was a stressful process to start, a fun, easy and enjoyable one. They kept us on track, shared their honest feedback, and presented great ideas that enhanced our day making it extra spectacular.

On the day of our wedding Yuliya and Daria were so organized and efficient, jumping in any place they could to make sure our day went off without a hitch. They planned a day better than we could have imagined, and there was not a single thing looking back on the day that we would change or do differently. If we could live our wedding day over again, our first decision would be to trust the Fairy Team again and again to create the most perfect day.

We are so grateful for Yuliya and Daria, we are so happy that they are a part of our love story and look forward to staying in touch for years to come with life updates. I wanted to take a moment to write about the incredible experience we had working with Yuliya and her team.

As a destination bride, planning my wedding from across the globe felt like a daunting task. However, from the moment I met with Yuliya, her calm demeanour and clear experience quickly put me at ease.

Yuliya answered any question I had and proposed a solution to every concern that I could possibly think of. Daria even went the extra mile and upon finding out that we would be celebrating our bachelorette in Milan, she sent us incredible restaurant and nightlife recommendations, which truly added to our entire experience in Italy.

Now, as a bride, one of your biggest concerns on the day is often the weather. And unfortunately, the weather on our day seemed to be taking a turn for the worst. We were faced with an extreme weather warning of gale-force winds, which would result in us not being able to take any of the planned boat transportation to our ceremony venue. Which was to be held at a venue that typically only allowed entry by boat.

This could have been a disaster, however, Yuliya and her team were quick to figure out a solution long before I even had a chance to worry. I felt so calm throughout the entire process and even though the weather got in the way of our original “plans”, it absolutely did not affect the magic of our day in any way. Which was all due to the professionalism of the Fairy Italy team.

We truly adored our experience working with them and have felt such love and kindness through all of our interactions. I would enlist their help in an instant if I had to do it all over again.
