Elizabeth was an exceptional wedding planner from start to finish. Her attention to detail, quick communication, organisation and creative ideas made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She took the time to truly understand our vision and preferences as well. It was a real pleasure working with her, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding weekend special. We cannot thank Simona and Distinctive Italy Weddings enough for creating the most incredible wedding weekend we could have ever dreamed of in Tuscany. From the very first conversation, she listened to our vision and not only brought it to life but elevated it in every possible way.
Every detail over the three days was perfectly thought out; from the breathtaking setting and seamless logistics to the beautiful personal touches that made the celebration feel uniquely ours. Planning a wedding while coordinating between different countries can be stressful, but she made the process feel seamless and effortless. Our experience was AMAZING! We cannot say enough good things about Simona and DIW! Simona’s punctuality, organizational skills, wisdom, support, hard work, patience, creativity, attention to details, budgeting and communication skills, professionalism, trustworthiness, and most importantly kind heart put us (specially me) at so much ease. DIW team mad our dream wedding come true!
The wedding venue and caterers were great! The food was delicious, our guest can’t stop talking about it! All your hard work to book transportation for our guests made it very easy for them to get to the villa on the day of the wedding and to the train station. The hotel was also great!
You had the best makeup team in mind for me! I loved them. They delivered exactly what I was looking for and they were so much fun to be around. Our photographers/videographers were also so professional and made it easy for us to just enjoy the moment while taking pictures.
It was very easy to work with DIW team and their suggestions were pretty tailored to what we wanted.

This team was the reason we were able to pull off an Indian wedding in Italy. All the calls and messages all paid off. They provided us with all the options for our vendors that made our vision come to life. We wouldn’t have asked for a better team. Our wedding would not have been the way it turned out without them. We cannot stop raving out the team to eveyrone and those who got to witness our wedding didn’t need any explanations, the team’s effort and coordination showed it all.
There are no number of stars or words that can describe how incredible Mariana and the DIW team are. We will be eternally grateful.
Perhaps most would say the responsible thing to do for your wedding is to interview multiple planners -- DIW were the first we spoke with and were sold right away (and never looked back). Rosanna's professionalism and deep understanding of the (many) requirements that come with a traditional Indian wedding knocked us off our feet. We felt the love and attention to detail right off the bat.
And then came Mariana.... where do I begin? For an entire year, she held our hands through ups and downs. From dealing with our absurd number of questions and requests, mini-freak outs about costs, taking care of us when we visited Tuscany for our planning trip, to making our dream 3-day wedding become reality. Although planning a wedding is a job -- for us and also for DIW, those dozens of calls and exchanges with Mari never felt like that. It truly felt like working on a huge project with a good friend, which is a testament to the love and authenticity Mariana pours into her work. Thank you so much, Mari.

Initially, it was difficult for us to hand over the wedding planning to someone else, especially being so far away from our destination. But as soon as we met Stefania and got to see how comfortable she was with the process, we knew we had made the right choice.
When we first started planning our wedding last summer with Stefania, I don't think we could have ever expected just how magical and unforgettable they could make our wedding day.
She was always the calm and assuring voice on our zoom calls, making sure we felt confident and happy with the planning process throughout, while putting together our vision perfectly.
When we got the chance to finally meet Stefania in person during our visit to Italy, it really put any last minute worries we had at ease. She was so warm and welcoming, and seeing the relationships she had with all the villa staff and vendors, we knew we were in good hands.
The 3 days at our villa in Tuscany went absolutely perfect. Stefania and her team worked tirelessly in the background to make sure everything ran smoothly. We got to enjoy the day without any worries and truly soak in all the memories we could. The florals, table setup & lighting were so beautiful and were exactly what we had dreamt of.
We would highly recommend Stefania and the DIW team to anyone thinking of having their wedding in the beautiful country of Italy :)

I can't recommend Jacopo and the team at DIW enough. We interviewed several planners in Italy but knew from the start that DIW was the best choice for us.
Jacopo was amazing at leading us throughout the process. He gave guidance when asked and stepped in when appropriate, yet I never felt pushed or pressured to go with a certain decision. He always had our best interest at heart and truly got to know us as a couple. By the end, Jacopo felt like an old friend moreso than just our wedding planner. We are so grateful to have been taken care of by DIW and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
