A Dream Team That Made Our Wedding Absolutely Perfect

We hired Lovehaus in October 2024 for our September 2025 wedding, and it was hands down the best decision we made during the entire planning process. Laura and Andrea brought our vision to life in ways that exceeded our wildest expectations.

For the design and vision —
After sharing our initial ideas (colorful and whimsical), Andrea created a comprehensive style guide showcasing rental options, linens, glassware, decor, and more. She kept this updated throughout our planning journey, making it easy to visualize everything and provide feedback along the way. But nothing could have prepared us for the final result—walking into our reception space brought me to tears. It was 1000x more beautiful than I ever imagined. She also worked her magic by finding a vendor with a reasonable price for a special request item (infinity mirror dance floor), which was a hit with all the guests.


Laura’s expertise in vendor management, budget oversight, day-of coordination, and so many other things behind the scenes was extraordinary. From our families to our vendors, everyone commented on how seamlessly she managed the timeline, answered questions, and kept everything on track. She truly took all the stress off our shoulders, which was an incredible gift.

Throughout the process, we met with Laura and Andrea monthly via video call (more often when needed), and they joined us for our venue walkthrough and tasting. I had worried that hiring a planner meant losing control, but Lovehaus ensured we were the decision-makers every step of the way. They guided and explained while keeping our vision front and center. They were professional, fun, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

As busy working professionals with no time to plan a wedding ourselves, hiring Lovehaus was essential—and the investment paid for itself many times over. We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Love Haus and the incredible team led by Laura and Andrea. From start to finish, they planned our entire wedding with the utmost care, creativity, and professionalism, and the result was nothing short of magical. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly it felt effortless. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment, knowing Laura and Andrea had everything handled behind the scenes with absolute precision. We truly could not have gotten married without them and will be forever grateful for the care and love they poured into every detail.

Best money we’ve ever spent and my biggest piece of wedding advice is book Lovehaus! This team made us enjoy wedding planning and still have plenty of time to do all the things we love. The amount of decisions, calls, and options in the wedding space was overwhelming to us and we needed someone who could guide us towards our vision via their industry relationships, design talent, and planning logistics. It’s remarkable how much Lovehaus did in the background that created space for my husband and I to visualize what our wedding weekend would look like and make way faster decisions. The team became like family over the 2 years of wedding planning and there were moments throughout the wedding when we needed a breather and would just chat with them as friends. They truly have the couple’s best interest in mind and perfectly balance providing their expertise with what you want for your big day. I fully believe our wedding would not have been what it was without them. They knew exactly how my husband and I wanted our day to flow and served as an extension of us, anticipating what we needed before we even said anything. For future parties, we will always go through Lovehaus.

Always a text, email or phone call away, the entire Lovehaus team eased our sometimes overwhelming and stressful wedding planning process with its professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. The real magic of Lovehaus happens behind the scenes with vendor coordination, timelines, set up, breakdown and everything in between. They made everything seem so effortless but the time and energy they put into our wedding shined bright the day of. There is no other way to describe it other than perfect. Tab, the glue that held our wedding together, ensured us a truly “be in the moment” wedding day - a truly invaluable, priceless gift. She was involved in every single aspect bringing organization with no task too big or too small.

Dre, who exudes creativity and style, and her design team, produced the elevated wow factor I dreamt of. Through style guides and mock ups, venue walk-throughs with the florist, coordination with lighting and so much more, the team thought of every detail and brought my vision to life. The table scape, escort wall, bar, signage and every other design element were nothing short of stunning. The room reveal is a core memory forever imprinted on us that left us speechless.

Our wedding would not have been the magical and unforgettable day it was without Lovehaus. One day, I hope to work for Lovehaus myself. It would be an honor to work for this team who create pure magic.

I was a planner skeptic with a DIY mindset prior to my wedding planning process. Hire the planner. Hire the designer. Hire Lovehuas and you will have the truly magical and perfect wedding. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!

Working with the Lovehaus team was the best decision we made for our wedding day!! We got married on 9/16/23 with our ceremony held at the Cathedral Bascilia of Saints Peter and Paul and our reception held at the Union League of Philadelphia. We hired Lovehaus for design and coordination. Lovehaus put a lot of my wedding planning anxieties at ease from the moment they stepped into the planning process. Danny (and the rest of the team) was an absolute pleasure to work with. Danny kept me in check with wedding tasks that needed to be done and advocated for us when dealing with our other vendors. He listened and put value on aspects that were most important to us. The Lovehaus design team DELIVERED! They took my wedding vision and elevated it into something better than I could have ever imagined. They communicated our vision to all our other vendors to ensure that everything came together cohesively.  Everything was beyond perfect down to the smallest details!! On the day of our wedding, the Lovehaus coordination team exceeded all of our expectations and proved to be an invaluable part of the day. Lovehaus felt like family! Our wedding day was SO much better because they were apart of it. The hard work, love, and care the Lovehaus team poured into our wedding created memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Their kindness, warmth, and professionalism are simply unmatched. Everything we needed, the Lovehaus team was always two steps ahead of us. At one point, Danny told me that we were 40 minutes ahead of schedule… a bride’s dream come true. They made taking pictures a breeze, which can always be a little painful for the bridal party. It was wildly impressive to watch Lovehaus take charge of the day, work seamlessly with our other vendors, and ensure that all our needs were met. And, they did it all with smiles on their faces while having fun with us. Our families and bridal party continuously talk about Lovehaus and how essential they were on our wedding day. We were really able to be present and enjoy the day because Lovehaus had everything covered. I simply can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Run, don’t walk, to use Lovehaus for your wedding!!! You won’t regret it!!

I could write a short novel about how wonderful Lovehaus is. Leading up to the wedding, Tab was always just an email or phone call away. She's unbelievably organized and her experience in the wedding industry made planning so stress-free for us. She so clearly understood my half-formed vision and brought it to life in a way that was more beautiful than I could have imagined. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about one single thing because I knew Tab & Shawn were there. We miss Tab already! I can't recommend Lovehaus enough!!!!

The Lovehaus team was not only a perfect, but an absolutely necessary addition to our wedding planning team. We worked with them on both a design and partial planning contract and they BLEW us out of the water with their professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise. At 6 months out, they began handling EVERYTHING and helped us over every speed bump we encountered. The extra level of reassurance that you were in great hands let us sit back and enjoy our wedding instead of the constant scrambling you hear about. Our design materials completely elevated the space and were just the most gorgeous finishing touch.

Danny, our planner, was an absolute gem. He made us feel so comfortable - we trusted him implicitly with everything, and was the real hero of the day. No obstacle was unsurmountable for him. He helped us every step of the way through anything - little or small. Even coordinating our rehearsal, and going above and beyond to ensure our setup was perfect.

I couldn’t have dreamed of a better team to help execute the perfect wedding day. I recommend them for absolutely any type of wedding, of any size. They’re the real deal - Thank you LoveHaus

I honestly can't say enough good things about Lovehaus. Our wedding was an absolute dream. The wedding planning process is stressful as a whole but Lovehaus kept us on track given busy work schedules for both my husband & myself. Danny & the Lovehaus team took care of wedding items that I hadn't even thought of prior to being engaged. We both teared up when we first saw our reception room because it was so stunning. While we're happy to be married, we're also sad to not have an excuse to work with Lovehaus for the time-being. If you're debating hiring a coordinator and/or design team for your wedding, consider this your sign to hire them. You definitely won't regret it!!
