Illeana and Jessica are the greatest wedding planning team and I cannot thank them enough for helping me create my dream wedding! My wedding was at the Esperanza Auberge Resort, and being from San Francisco, planning a destination was quite daunting. I'm even an event planner, so I knew that there were going to be a lot of balls in the air while planning this ceremony, but little did I know how many there were going to be! With that said, Illeana and Jessica help put me at ease on multiple occasions and help troubleshoot a lot of last minute dilemmas I wouldn't have been able to solve on my own.

What resulted was the most beautiful wedding any of my relatives and friends had ever seen! We started planning our wedding during COVID where she was able to reassure me that everything would be taken care of regardless of the constantly changing regulations. We had our small intimate wedding of 25 people a few weeks ago and everything was PERFECT.

The team was very good with communication and understanding our wants for the wedding. She would always give me suggestions for vendors and quotes. One of the most valuable aspects of this company is that they know the trusted and professional vendors in the area.When I brought vendors to Illeana - she would tell me whether or not they were trustworthy and professional and whether or not I should be spending extra money on certain things to have a quality wedding. ALL of the vendors we hired were AMAZING and SO professional. Our guests gave them many compliments!

On the day of our wedding - they both had everything we needed inside their purses (Advil/bandaids etc) You name it- they were prepared! They made sure the day went so smoothly and solved all the problems that came up. lleana and her team were so caring and patient with everyone. Her daughter Anna was also great!

On top of this, they use this website where your whole wedding day/week is scheduled by the hour on it so that everyone is on the same page. This was SO useful in relieving my stress because we were able to plan EVERY little detail including the timing for fireworks, fire dancers, cold sparklers during the reception.

Illeana is an angel. Illeana and her crew saved my wedding and made sure everything went as planned. She was professional, to the point and dealt with our obnoxious wedding coordinator at the hotel who was being more than difficult. She went out of her way to go the extra mile (like picking up breakfast for my bridal party, taking my husband’s suit to get pressed, coming to my rehearsal dinner, etc). Our wedding was our dream come true; and it couldn’t have happened without the amazing work by Illeana. My wife and I planned a 4-day celebration at the Esperanza Resort in Cabo, we knew we would need assistance given our distance from the venue. We began working with Illeana last year, planning several events over the course of 4 days. From transportation to and from the airport for our guest, our welcome beach reception, transportation to golf, a rehearsal boat dinner, an incredible wedding, and a private pool party to end our trip, Illeana never failed to amaze us with her ability to manage it all.
