Similar to the other reviews, I'm a bit at a loss for where to start on describing my experience working with Heather and Calluna. Heather and I began working on my winter wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch about a year ago and we celebrated this past weekend - everything was a huge success.
I didn't consider myself a big 'wedding girlie' and started out a bit hesitant on investing in the weekend. Everything changed when I asked Heather if it would be possible to book my (now) husband's favorite Bluegrass band, the Stillhouse Junkies, as a surprise for the Welcome Dinner, which she was able to do in ~1 week. From there, Heather worked with me on creating an intentional celebration for our ~87 guests. We didn't spend money for its own sake, we instead created an experience that delighted our friends and family and made them feel taken care of. Heather was so deliberate and thoughtful, and made sure every detail was explored and executed perfectly (down to the hot toddy bar before the ceremony!!). Her list of vendors were all excellent and they all love working with her and with Calluna.
Heather made our wedding happen in a way that I didn't think would be possible and throughout, she held the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. She let me concentrate on the parts of the wedding that were important to me, while making sure that everything else didn't go off the rails. I am so grateful to her and to the Calluna Team for making our day such a wonderful experience. Our friends and family thought the day was perfect, and so did we.

Hiring Calluna Events for our wedding was the easiest decision in the whole wedding planning process. They are worth every penny and more. Gabby was there with me through every step and turned our vision to life. I cannot recommend Gabby enough. The day of our wedding I had no stress at all because of her and Kirby. We have had the pleasure of working with Calluna on 5 different events and each one was executed smoothly and wonderfully! Everyone I have worked with on Calluna's team is professional, detailed-oriented, and made the experience seamless as possible (even with quick turnaround times). They use a creative lens to capture our vision and even pull off the impossible with surprise celebrity performances such as En Vogue and Vanilla Ice! We already can't want to work with them for our future events to come!
Gabby and the the Calluna Team were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful from the very start of our wedding planning process. My husband and I are from Chicago and feel so lucky to have connected with Gabby and the Calluna Team to plan the wedding of our dreams in Colorado. I cannot recommend Calluna events enough for your wedding. My husband and I were so impressed and happy with how everything turned out and also the process. We worked with Lindsay and she was so wonderful to work with. I truly miss planning our wedding. Lindsay was professional, organized, detailed oriented, and a great listener when I felt overwhelmed with the process. There aren't enough words to properly express the dream wedding that Lindsay and the Calluna team planned for our special weekend. It was the most seamless process and we put our entire trust in Lindsay's hands - she exceeded all of our expectations and then some! In addition to our busy lives, Lindsay made the whole process so enjoyable and we are so thankful that we were able to lean in, relax, and enjoy all the moments that our engagement season brought us! Wow. Where do I even begin?! With a thank you I suppose, but that doesn't even begin to put into the words the immense amount of gratitude I have for Calluna Events and Heather Dwight. To say my wedding was the best weekend of my life even feels like an understatement. I met Heather while she was putting on a different wedding and she was so gracious and kind to everyone around her, I was instantly drawn to her warmth, talent and gentle way of commanding and leading a team of people. I knew she was my first and only choice for my wedding planner when I was getting married about a year later. Once we were locked in, the planning process was seamless and I immediately felt at ease, which is not only easy for me! She handled everything, thought of everything and made the process so incredibly easy. The weekend of the wedding everything went off perfectly, not a single thing I could say would improve the weekend and the events because they were all absolutely perfect. Heather kept us organized and on schedule and it all went off without a hitch! Her pre-weekend to do lists and planning helpers made a world of difference.
