His ability to stay on top of every aspect, while keeping us relaxed, was a huge relief. Personal Concierge - Gianni Another highlight of our stay was Gianni, our personal concierge, who went above and beyond to make our entire experience exceptional. Gianni was accessible, friendly, and extremely helpful, making sure every request, big or small, was met promptly. From booking restaurant reservations to arranging spa appointments to ensuring our room was always stocked with our favorite snacks, Gianni truly made us feel like VIPs. In addition to his excellent service, Gianni was incredibly thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed for the wedding and beyond. He arranged a private pre-wedding dinner, helped with transportation logistics for our guests, and even surprised us with a thoughtful wedding gift. His personal touch added an extra layer of warmth to our stay, and we truly appreciated all his efforts to enhance our experience. We went to a wedding where we loved everything!!! Since it was in front of the beautiful sea. The truth is that they treated us very well. All the family and friends are grateful we also had our karaoke and activities with Celeste marron. The best and cooking classes in Piaf. We also loved it so pampering the sky bar was our favorite. Alejandro and Andrea our waiters. Very good, everything in general. We loved the wonderful service.

We eloped at Grand Velas after a vacation there last summer. It is truly a magnificent place and one that we would go back to. Pros: - the service - the quality of the food - the views - ease and convenience The only con - for us an adults only spot would have been ideal, but of course love that families get to enjoy this special place. Special shout out to Astrid, our concierge, and Angela, our wedding planner. They went above and beyond to make sure we didn't lift a finger unless we wanted to.

This hotel is beyond incredible. They go above and beyond to take care of your every need. The staff is incredible and so helpful. The food is 10/10 and the drinks and alcohol are all premium. We had our wedding there Feb 2023 and it could not have been better. We had almost 200 rooms booked for our wedding party and every single guest was in love with the hotel and staff. They all had the best time and could not be happier with the service and experience. Our wedding coordinator Angela Forcelledo from the hotel was incredible and was available to us everyday at every moment for the past 6 months. She was very detailed and careful to help us to make sure every little detail was taken care of. Our personal concierge for the week was amazing. Ana Aranda - she texted us every morning and checked in with us at every moment to see if we needed anything. She made sure our room was always stocked with drinks and snacks, all of our clothes were steamed and ironed. And helped us book all the fun and amazing activities like whale watching and massages at the Spa. She made sure we got our breakfast delivered to our room in the morning just how we wanted it as well as made sure we had dinner reservations.
