24 years New Zealand born, Kirsty made the move to Melbourne in 2001 to pursue her career as a Make-up artist. Her previous experience includes being head Make-up artist for a well known Sydney Studio where she lead, taught and trained a team of 12 make-up artists. Moving on to London she then worked as a Make-up co-ordinator for Make-up store SpaceNK co-ordinating store events and masterclasses. She has represented many brands like Revlon, Nude by Nature, Chanel, YSL, Nars, Laura Mercier, Chantecalle, Shu Uemura, Ellis Fass, Lime Crime and was also for a brand ambassador for By Terry. Kirsty thrives on putting herself at the forefront of her profession by continuously growing and developing her skills and immersing her self in anything creative that she can translate into her work as an artist. I booked in for a trial session and felt instantly at ease. Kirsty was happy to try out different styles and techniques (was happy to test a couple of different eye looks until I got the right one!) and spent the time talking everything through with me to make sure I loved it. I had an event after the trial and everyone commented on how great the H&M looked (and it still looked great after a day out on a boat!).
When it came to my wedding day, Kirsty was a joy to have around whilst we got ready. We took our time and I felt so relaxed and calm. Kirsty made sure everything was perfect and I felt absolutely amazing. It was a 40degree day in the Hunter Valley and my hair and makeup looked perfect all day! I would absolutely recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for an incredible H&M artist. Thank you so much!
