Matea went absolutely above and beyond to make our dream wedding happen. We first came to her with a big request of 250 people on an island in Croatia, a mix of both Australian and Croatian cultures, and in the middle of summer with lots and lots of FLOWERS. We put our trust in her hands and she well and truly delivered. From liaising with all our vendors while we were on the other side of the globe, to being our pillar of calm when things felt overwhelming, nothing was an issue. All of our guests jaws hit the flaw as soon as they walked into our reception. We had an outpour of messages from every single one of our guests who attended our wedding to say that it was hands down the most magical, fairytale wedding they had ever attended. Every detail was planned out and everything ran so smoothly for us on the day, and it’s thanks to Matea and the Adriatic Weddings team and the amazing vendors they cultivated for us and their organisation.

When my (now husband) and I first decided to get married in Croatia, I was cautiously optimistic coming from the U.S but still wanting to feel like our wedding would have a combination of our Croatian/Italian heritages. With Matea’s help our dreams were honored and so much more. With Matea’s help we were able to honor our culture with Croatian and Italian touches, a limoncello favor for our guests, an italian millefoglie wedding cake, Croatian and Italian music courtesy of the amazing zaratino and DJ juky.Our guests kept on saying how amazing our band was.
Anita’s florals went beyond our expectations, the stationary was exactly like my Pinterest board ideas and the lighting and tent worked out perfect.
