Given you're renting it for the weekend it gives you a perfect canvas to plan celebrations the way you want them, from a Friday welcome party through to the big wedding day. The walnut tree is a magical place to tie the knot, all of the cabins are beautifully furnished, and the barns for dancing are just incredible. The whole site is so photogenic!
Note that they do require you to use approved vendors, and the site is more complex than other venues given all the aspects, so be sure to work with a wedding coordinator and other key vendors (e.g., catering, DJ/music) who are very familiar with Triple S so they can help execute the perfect weekend for you!
We wish it was easier to book an extra night for a small amount of guests, but they require you to book the entire venue. We also wish the late night fee wasn't so expensive, but we had a ton of fun anyways.
One of the unique aspects of Triple S Ranch is the ability to rent the entire estate for multiple days. We had our family stay on-site in the charming cottages and main Victorian house, which made the whole experience feel intimate and special. This level of exclusivity is hard to find, as most other venues only offer the property for the day of the event.
Even five years later, our friends and family still rave about our wedding, calling it the best they've ever been to, and we completely agree. The atmosphere, the location, and the natural beauty of Triple S Ranch created an unforgettable experience. If you're considering a wedding or event in Wine Country, I can't recommend Triple S Ranch enough—it’s a truly magical place.
