When Ákos and I started our wedding planning journey, we knew we couldn’t do it alone. Coming from the United States, we needed someone on the ground in Hungary to help manage the difficulties that come with planning a wedding abroad.

I found Nelli almost immediately through a simple Google search — her gorgeous website and portfolio caught my eye right away. She responded to my inquiry almost instantly and after just one FaceTime call, we knew she was the one!

From that point on, Nelli was always on top of everything. Anytime we had a question, she responded quickly (even with the 9 hour time difference that we had to deal with.)

When it came to the actual planning process, Nelli guided us through every step – from finding a great venue and trusted vendors to helping us with the little details. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every aspect reflected who we are as a couple.

On the day of the wedding, all of our guests kept saying how calm I looked — and that was entirely because of Nelli. She orchestrated everything flawlessly behind the scenes, making sure every detail was handled without us having to worry about a thing. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because Nelli had everything under control.

Throughout the night, guests kept coming up to me saying, “The lady in the blue dress is so kind, helpful and incredibly organized!” That was Nelli — everywhere at once, always smiling, and making sure everyone felt taken care of.

Our wedding was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, and that’s largely thanks to Nelli’s expertise, calm energy, and genuine passion for what she does. We’re forever grateful for her dedication and care.

Thank you again Nelli for all your help and advice! Our wedding was truly an unforgettable experience and we find ourselves reliving those moments every single day. We highly recommend Nelli, especially if you’re planning your wedding from outside of Hungary. Even though it used to be called something else, not a day goes by that I don't think about how fantastic our big day was thanks to Nelli.

After the first consultation, we knew we had made the right choice. She accompanied us through the entire process, paying careful attention to even the smallest details, and arranged absolutely everything. To such a degree that we only had to choose what we liked, and we didn't even feel any problems on the big day because EVERYTHING was in place, just as we had imagined. There is no such thing as impossible. She is the epitome of professionalism. If you are thinking about organizing a wedding, I can only recommend Nelli!

She is incredibly dedicated, and you can count on her for everything. Having such a charismatic, brilliant person by our side on the BIG day made our day unforgettable. Even if I had a question that was sometimes annoying at 10 pm, I got an answer right away, and I never felt like "this is too much." Absolutely understanding, helpful, and quite honestly, an angel.

If I could, his work would deserve 100,000 stars.

Nelli was asked to organize our wedding based on a family recommendation, which she did for us with complete professionalism, according to all our expectations.

Since we live abroad and our work requires regular travel, our communication took place at different times, which was a huge help, as Nelli was always available and we knew that we could count on her help/opinion before making any decisions.

To be honest, at first I had a hard time bringing myself to hire a wedding planner because I love organizing and being creative, and I thought I could do it myself. However, I quickly realized that in addition to my indecisiveness, I also needed someone who was decisive but flexible – someone who was open to everything, but who would use her professional knowledge to help us realize our dreams.

And that’s exactly what Nellie is.

She was quick, responded to everything instantly, recommended the best service providers, and, most importantly for me, left room for me to be the creative, organizing self. Together, we created a wedding that I probably couldn’t have imagined would be so perfect.

Many people commented on how relaxed, calm, and cheerful the bride was the whole day – and that was all thanks to Nellie. I knew that if there was a problem, she would be there to solve it and help. It gave us a huge sense of security, and we trusted her completely. Everything was perfect.

Nelli and her team are so professional and super nice people. We needed help last minute with the planning and she was able to onboard us and resolve the matters really fast. So patient, understanding (we’re a mix of western and Asian culture and she was able to understand our needs and unique requests), organized and work really well under pressure! Everyone was so impressed and would 100% recommend Nelli to friends and family!

Nem egy szokványos esküvőt szerettünk volna, ráadásul talán nem is volt könnyű velünk eleinte együtt dolgozni, de az esküvőnk pontosan olyan lett, mint amit szerettünk volna és ez legfőképp Nellinek köszönhető! A szervezés során bármikor a rendelkezésünkre állt, felmerülő problémákat azonnal és a legjobb megoldást megtalálva hárította el. Minden szolgáltató zseniális volt és passzolt mind hozzánk, mind az esküvő hangulatához. Gördülékenyen ment az egész nap, semmire nem volt gondunk, ami mutatja Nelli profizmusát. A napunk minden pillanatát maximálisan meg tudtuk élni és élvezni.

My partner and I recently got married with the help of Royal Weddings. Nelli was simply amazing! She was great to work with, communication was regular, she worked seamlessly with all the providers we chose, she was flexible, and on top of that she was organized and proactive. She did everything she could to make our big day go as we wanted and to make our dreams come true! Everyone from our guests was impressed with our wedding – many mentioned how organized everything was and how they wished they had a wedding like ours. It was so nice to hear that. We really couldn’t have organized this amazing day without the help of Royal Weddings, we highly recommend Nelli and Dalma to everyone.
So even a few weeks after the wedding it’s still strange that we don’t talk to them every day like we did during the planning :)
