We would like to start by saying once again thank you Jessica Roman and Amy Abbott events for organizing Our dream wedding! From the other side of the world, Netherlands to Puerto
Vallarta ,Jessica couldn’t have made our experience any smoother. From the beginning ,on our first zoom call we knew we made the right choice. Jessica was very personable, understanding, thoughtful,and just a delight ,we knew instantly she would be that extra special sparkle to our big day. Even though we live in Europe, Jessica put our mind at ease with knowing she could make all of our decisions/visions, just everything become possible. She was even able to visit the Villa location we selected in person to make sure it would be just as perfect as what we saw from the online pictures as though our schedules didn’t allow us to at that particular moment , just from that thoughtful gesture once again we were reassured of what an amazing person we have taking care of our once in a lifetime experience, we knew that Jessica was going to make our weekend magical and stress free! We couldn’t have done this without her !It was a true blessing to have her as our planner. She turned our ideas into reality with grace and expertise,Her talent ,professionalism,and attention to detail made our wedding weekend unforgettable ,we are endlessly grateful. Thank you Jessica and the entire AMY ABBOTT EVENTS TEAM.

Amy & Carena did the most incredible job planning our wedding in Cabo! They brought our vision to life and made it the most magical weekend we could have ever imagined. Everything absolutely exceeded our expectations - the amount of detail and thought that they put into everything and every event was actually impressive. From start to finish they (and their team) were on top of everything and made it all seamlessly come together. Their team made it easy to focus on having fun and soaking in the magical moments of the weekend with as little stress as possible. They truly took the stress out of the process, allowing us to experience the once in a lifetime joy of planning and hosting a wedding. Not to mention, they will have you bent over laughing the whole time.
While weddings in 2025 come with a steep price tag, we were thrilled that Amy and Ximena kept us *exactly* on budget. That’s because nobody knows the Cabo vendor network like Amy Abbott Events!! If you choose this team, you will be in very, very good hands.
Even with hiccups in the journey (our welcome dinner venue had unexpected long-term construction two months before), every bump was navigated quickly. New venue with two months notice? No problem! And, we were so happy with the new place that it ended up being the tiniest blip on the radar. And this is how everything went: every step in the process, even the unexpected ones, were met with a plan. That is what you can count on with this world class team.
We will truly never have the words to express how flawless our weekend was from start-to-end. Ximena made sure that we were involved in every detail and we fine tuned everything to make it exactly what we wanted. She never settled and always stayed so patient and attentive to everything we asked for.
I could go on and on and on, but I will wrap with this: Amy Abbott Events was the single best decision we made planning our wedding. They will treat you like family, radiate joy in the process, and give you a wedding so special you will carry that treasure for life.

AAE and Gaby Curiel from AAE made my wedding dreams come true! Using AAE was a no brainer. So many of my friends who got married in Cabo before me highly recommended AAE and I now understand why!
Ivette Hernandez did an absolutely outstanding job coordinating my daughter’s wedding! Choosing Ivette and Amy Abbotts coordination service is the reason that the wedding weekend was such a complete success. All of our guests told us that not only was it the best wedding that they ever attended but it was the best weekend of their lives. Ivette made many recommendations and she was always 100% correct with her suggestions. It was Ivette’s idea to do the Welcome Dinner at El Huerto and this could not have been a better way to kick off the magical weekend. It was an experience unlike anything our guests have ever had. Of course the wedding was over the top and it was also Ivette’s suggestion to end the weekend with the Pelican 17 boat party. In fact with her prompting, the boat was the first thing we booked so that we would not miss out on the event of a lifetime.
Ivette went over and above with all aspects of the planning as well as the implementation of the events. Ivette’s organization, follow up and communication were outstanding. Ivette also provided exceptional service all three days for the wedding weekend and there was no detail ever left out. If you are looking for a wedding planner you will not find anyone more caring or competent than Ivette. We were so very lucky that we found her.

the ABSOLUTE BEST team! Our wedding weekend could not have been better and the planning process was more than enjoyable. We got everything we wanted and more, on budget. Details were 12/10. Love Amy, Cristina and the team so much!
