14 years I'm a 37-year-old mother, sister, daughter, partner, and best friend. I'm originally from the West Coast of Finland, but I have lived in the Helsinki area for over a decade now. I started shooting family sessions when shooting professional sessions with only natural light weren't a thing in Finland, but most people went to a studio to document their milestones. Being pretty much the only one shooting with natural light in a small town quickly got the word out and I had so much work that I decided to quit my studies in International Business and Marketing, and started my own company. When I'm not shooting weddings, I'm documenting milestones and memories through my family and lifestyle photography brand, Nord Stories.

Susanna, it was so much fun to have you around during the morning, it felt like you were part of the wedding party which absolutely ensured that I could be natural in the photos rather than stiff and nervous.
It's a shame that Mark and I plan to only marry this one time, cause it would be so much fun to do this all over again!

Choosing her as our wedding photographer was the best decision we made in our wedding planning. She was professional but so fun to be around. Susanna has a great knack for taking great photos of ordinary people. In the photos she takes, ordinary people look their best, but still look like themselves. A rare talent. I definitely recommend Susanna.
