Kath & the team at Bow Creative are fabulous!! At the beginning of wedding planning, I was in the DIY-bride mindset. However, fast forward to getting Kath & the team on board for coordination & styling and I literally could not imagine doing it without them!!! The relieved so much stress and cognitive load. Their communication is fabulous & incredibly prompt & the styling on the wedding day was stunning!!!! They translated my vision into reality and I could not be more grateful for all the support? love & care they put into my special day.

We had the pleasure of working with Kath and the Bow Creative team for Larissa and Stephen’s wedding in Daylesford. From the very first email, Kath was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and made the process seamless in getting us on board. On the day, Kath and her assistant Erinn were warm, professional, and incredibly well organised.
Despite the wet weather, they adjusted plans effortlessly, so the celebration still flowed beautifully. It was a joy to be part of such a well-coordinated event, and we’d be more than happy to work alongside Bow Creative again. We are so grateful to have come across Kath & Annie from the Bow Creative team for our intimate Daylesford wedding. Our venue recommended them, and we’re so glad they did — what we envisioned would have been far too complicated to pull off on our own.
From the very beginning, they were thorough, professional, and incredibly supportive. They took our ideas, visuals, and themes, elevated them 100x, and created the most beautifully moody and romantic atmosphere we could have imagined. They also connected us with wonderful vendors that suited both our style and budget. Communication was always prompt, whether it was a big concern or a tiny detail, and they always came back with thoughtful solutions and alternatives.
On the wedding day itself, we had the most chaotic weather imaginable, cold, wet, 2–4 degrees, with Daylesford throwing everything at us! Yet Kath, Annie, and their team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, rolling out backup plans and managing last-minute changes so seamlessly that everything still flowed perfectly. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their efforts, energy, and calm communication.
We absolutely adore all the styling, planning + coordination, and special touches Bow Creative brought to life. Even though our wedding was small and intimate, having them by our side was such a blessing, they lifted so much stress from our shoulders, were worth every bit of the investment, and left us riding the wedding high with so many stories to tell from the day.

I had no idea where to start and no vision other than some things I'd seen on Instagram - Kath managed to pull a stunning look book together from the most vague brief I'd given her. The minute we locked Bow Creative in, I had such a sense of relief. I was confident that nothing would be missed or forgotten, she helped us stick to our budget, she brought in some incredible suppliers including Graham from Tweed Twigs and then when we were two months out, she took over the coordination of literally everyone and everything (celebrant, photographer, venue, hair and makeup, etc). The infamous run sheet was updated to the minute and kept the whole day running smoothly.
Walking into the ceremony and reception and seeing the final product was incredible. It was better than my Instagram vision and Kath had gone above and beyond to make it so, spending hours the night before hand-tying velvet bows and bringing in an army to flip the lunch sitting at our restaurant venue into a wedding reception in record time. The day went off without a single hitch and we spent the entire evening just enjoying ourselves and spending time with family, friends and each other; how a wedding should be! We cannot thank her and the whole Bow team enough. It was just perfect.
