Arkadija did our wedding decoration and protocol, all the best to the whole team! Ivana was our main person for decoration from the beginning, full of great ideas and understanding for what we wanted. As for the organization and protocol, Mina and Giorgia did everything perfectly and took a lot of stress off our backs.
We will gladly recommend Arkadija to our friends!

The entire wedding planning process, which took a year, flew by for me as the groom, and on the wedding day itself I felt like a VIP guest because I didn't have a single doubt or stress that anything could go wrong.

With this feedback, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Arkadia team, who supported us throughout the many months leading up to the wedding day and on the day itself. We would like to express our special thanks to the team with whom we were in close contact, consisting of Mina, who leaded the whole event, as well as Giorgia and Teodora, who were always on hand to offer advice and support. We would also like to thank Mira and the entire Arkadia decoration team, who made our special day even more beautiful than it already was.

We are a couple living in Switzerland. We started planning our wedding about two years ago. First, we had to decide where we wanted to hold the wedding. We chose Serbia because my wife has Serbian roots, we like the hospitality in Serbia, and we were hoping for warm weather. So far, so good. However, after making this decision, we quickly realized that the geographical distance from our place of residence, the cultural circumstances, and our limited time alongside work would make the planning extremely complex and time-consuming. We therefore decided to hire a wedding planning organization, which was Arkadia.

We were very uncertain and skeptical about whether these expenses would be worthwhile and whether it would even add value for us. Nevertheless, after doing some research on the internet, we decided to contact Arkadia. Before the day of our first face-to-face meeting, we were still uncertain and nervous about whether this was the right decision. Ultimately, however, all our concerns proved to be completely unfounded. When we first met in person at their office, our fears quickly disappeared and a pleasant relationship of trust developed very quickly.  I would like to personally highlight the high level of professionalism and reliability of Arkadia's employees, which immediately gave us a good feeling. So we went ahead with it, and it was probably one of the best decisions of our lives. Throughout the wedding preparations, we were always able to ask the Arkadia team for advice and help, which they naturally provided even outside of regular working hours.

On the day of the wedding, everything was planned down to the smallest detail. We were guests at our own wedding and could focus completely on ourselves. Family members, relatives, and friends were also able to relax completely and enjoy the whole event. Looking back, we still can't believe how perfectly the whole wedding went, especially since we had many international guests with us on that day. Many of the guests were also very positively surprised by Arkadia. To sum it all up, we can wholeheartedly recommend Arkadia!

Excellent and professional communication from the start, and most importantly, you are sure that your ideas and wishes will be implemented the way you imagined them! We communicated with Ivan throughout those few months from the first agreement to the setting up of the decorations on the wedding day, and everything looked perfect!
