Joy photographed both our welcome event and our wedding day, and from the very first second we met, I felt completely at ease. I’m not really camera shy, but it usually takes me some time to warm up in front of a lens — with Joy, we clicked right away. He made the entire experience fun, comfortable, and full of laughter, which is exactly what you want on such meaningful days. He was there the whole time — probably even staying beyond the hours he was supposed to work — making sure he captured every single detail and every moment that mattered.

He knows exactly how to guide and pose a large wedding party for beautiful, timeless portraits, yet he’s equally talented at capturing candid moments — the real, unplanned emotions between us and our guests.
