I had an incredible experience at Valentino on Madison Ave., specifically working with Yu! I called the boutique 72 hours before my bridal shower, hoping that they would have the Rockstud Caged Sandal in my size and requested color. While the didn't have exactly the color I wanted, Yu gave me some alternative color suggestions and encouraged me to come in to ensure that they could work from a sizing standpoint. When we decided upon size and color and realized the shoe I wanted wasn't at the store on Madison, she made endless phone calls in order to locate the shoe that I had wanted. With 24 hours to go before my shower, she found the shoe I was looking for, overnighted it to me, and was with me every step of the way until she knew I received and was satisfied with the shoe. I was able to wear the shoe all in time for my shower. Thank you Yu for prioritizing me and for not giving up in finding the shoe that I wanted until it was in my hands! I will be back and will always request to work with Yu!
Love Valentino and so does my mom and the world. Can't wait to get a dress from there again.
